Deputy Director of Corrections for the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office in Cincinnati, Ohio. Director Eiser is responsible for the operation of four facilities with approximately 2,100 inmates, over 600 employees and an operating budget of over 38 million dollars. He has been working in local corrections for over 25 years, the last 15 years as a top administrator. Director Eiser has been qualified as an expert witness in state and federal courts and is serving as an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice for the Evening College at the University of Cincinnati.

I have over 25 years experience in the operation and administration of one of the largest local corrections systems in the United States. I have been invited by agencies around the country to be a quest speaker and instructor for national conferences and training seminars. I have a distinct advantage over most of my colleagues because I have personal work experience in every facet of a corrections/jail facility.
