(4) Retainer information:
Depending upon the timeframe the percentage of plaintiff work varies
from 20% to 70%.
Depending upon the timeframe, the percentage of defense work varies from
80% to 30%.
During the past 20+ years, the average percentage of plaintiff to defense
is approximately 60%-40%.

(7) Usual and customary fee:
Option II: Case Development Flat Fee with Expert Report: $5000. Extensive
Case Flat Fee: $7000
Option III: Hourly Rate: $200 per hour; $2500 retainer
Depositions, testimony, on-site visits, inspections, and/or re-enactments,
conferences, etc. $2000 per day at my location or $2750 at
counsel's location, plus actual expenses incurred, as described in the
"Fee Schedule". There is no cost for travel time to and from
my location.
