SUBJECT: SPECIAL ATTENTION, 1500 Block Woodbourne
SPECIAL ATTENTION is to be given to the 1500 block
of Woodbourne Avenue from 2200 -- 0200 hours at the Bus Stop. Half hour checks are
to be conducted with same noted on run sheets. Citizen Contact Sheets are to be
completed after each interview.
A female was raped last night between the above
hours.
Every black
male around this Bus Stop is to be stopped until subject is apprehended.
