Minnesota deputy could not administer polygraph tests to bartender suspected of theft if test was "solicited" by her employer, but could do so as part of a criminal investigation; genuine issue of fact as to the reason for the polygraph test made summary judgment for officer in suit by bartender inappropriate Hanson v.
