309:138 Missouri Supreme Court rules that police officer stated claim against former attorney who represented him in federal civil rights lawsuit for "constructive fraud" and "breach of fiduciary duty" for failure to inform plaintiff's attorney in that earlier suit that officer was not involved in shooting which was subject of the suit; lawsuit was properly dismissed, however, because it was filed after statute of limitations ran.
