Procedural: Removal

Prisoner failed to state a claim against government entities and public officials for conspiracy in connection with their removal of his federal civil rights lawsuits from state to federal court. The court would not inquire into the motives for such removal. "If the Rules do permit removal, then the case may be removed," whether the motivation is for strategic reasons, out of personal preference or no reason at all. Parks v. State of Indiana, #77A01-0207-CV-266, 789 N.E.2d 40 (Ind. App. 2003).[N/R]
