Who Should Attend
|
NEW. ADVANCED. SUBSTANTIVE. RELEVANT. TOPICAL.
This advanced Americans for Effective Law Enforcement, Inc. (AELE) "Public Safety Significant Events Internal Investigations and Discipline" seminar goes beyond traditional internal affairs programs. Presenters will discuss critical, timely, and seldom discussed topics that Internal and Administrative investigators must know in today's challenging public safety environment. The integrity of Internal and Administrative investigations is being microscopically analyzed by jurors, judges, plaintiffs, plaintiff and defense counsel, and the public to help determine the organizational culture and importance placed on such investigations.
The primary goal of this seminar is education. Attendees will learn investigative approaches for significant events (e.g., texting, sexual misconduct, domestic violence), legal updates, and increasing discrimination complaints filed by disabled individuals. World-class presenters will share substantive information and evidence-based investigative approaches, all of whom have extensive experience in their respective areas.
